Restorative Justice Practices
To be "restorative" means to believe that decisions are best made and conflicts are best resolved by those most directly involved in them. The movement seeks to develop good relationships and restore a sense of community in an increasingly disconnected world. This talk focuses on how we can implement these practices.
Concept: Be your own superhero or own problem solver, as we all have that capacity. A part of the Restorative Justice Practices is finding your solutions as a community to your problems while working as a team.
