Our Impact

We are a small but mighty community-led and community-driven organization located in the heart of the Valle de Atrisco (South Valley).  Our vision is to become a community-led and community-based research and learning center and our mission is to protect and preserve traditions and ways of life in our community – specifically those that are connected to land and water.  As people connected to ceremony and indigenous philosophies, we understand the sacredness of the land and water.  Spirit runs through these entities and we must move away from their commodification and continued abuse.  Although our funding and material resources are limited, we continue to demonstrate a positive impact in our community.
