The purpose of this event will be to welcome the waters coming into our valley and to remind us that water is life and that in order to navigate through drought and water scarcity, we need to return to have a better relationship with water and with our community and its well being.

About the Event
CESOSS and the South Valley Regional Association of Acequias will celebrate the waters coming into the Atrisco Valley. Comisionados and majordomos from the Armijo, Atrisco, Los Padillas, Pajarito, and los Ranchos acequia associations will be invited and recognized. The MRGCD and other state and county agencies will be invited to participate in our community celebration. Â We are inviting you to participate in this community event that celebrates our water.
