CESOSS, the South Valley Regional Association of Acequias and the MRGCD invite the community to join us for a celebration of the beginning of the irrigation season.

Primera Agua will be held at the head gate of the Atrisco Acequia Madre at the corner of Central Ave. and Sunset Blvd. on Saturday, April 2 at 9:00 AM. Come to enjoy an Acequia Blessing and an Acequia Walk & Talk, to share stories related to acequias and our community. Local community members connected to acequia and agricultural traditions will lead both the blessing and the walk and talk.
